Tool

Time zone converter for the email you still have to send.

Pick a time, a zone it is already in, and the zone you need. Your BookMyTime page does this for guests on its own. Use this when a message is still a sentence.

Why scheduling tools still get this wrong

A slot labelled 10:30 is not a time until it has a zone. BookMyTime stores the instant and labels it for each person. If you copy a time into Slack, copy the result from this page, including the zone abbreviation.

Hosts who work across countries should read calendar sync and the notes for recruiters and tutors, where the guest is often not in the host's city.

What to put on the booking page

You do not need to publish a conversion table. Set your working hours in your zone, connect the calendar, and let the page relabel the slots. Mention the zone in the meeting name only when the place itself matters, such as an in-person session.

When the number or the time is decided, put it on a BookMyTime page.

About this tool

Does my booking page convert zones automatically?

Yes. Guests see slots in their local time. Your calendar keeps the meeting in yours. This tool is for messages outside the booking page.

Which zones are listed?

The list comes from your browser's IANA time zone database, so it includes current zones rather than a short menu we might forget to update.

Why might the result differ by an hour?

Daylight saving starts and ends on different dates. The converter uses the zone rules for the date you picked, not today's offset applied to every date.

Your time is worth booking — and paying for.
