Is BookMyTime free?
Yes. The Free plan includes one event type of up to 30 minutes, one calendar, one schedule, email reminders, and Stripe payments. BookMyTime keeps 1% of each guest payment.
How much are the paid plans?
Starter is $5 per month, Pro is $12 per month, and Premium is $49 per month. Business is $15 per seat per month, with a minimum of two seats. The prices on this page come from the live plan config.
Is there a platform fee on payments?
Yes. BookMyTime keeps 1% of every guest payment, on Free and on every paid plan. Stripe's card processing fee is separate. An admin can change the percentage per plan.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Cancel any time from the billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Event types you already created stay in your account. Extra ones are hidden from your public page.
How do Business seats work?
Business is billed per seat, with a minimum of two. The seat count is the team member limit. Change the quantity from the billing page.
