The service

BookMyTime provides online scheduling: booking pages, calendar availability, reminders, and optional payment collection through Stripe. We may change features, including which ones sit on a free or paid plan. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

We try to keep the service available. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, a specific support response time, or that a third-party calendar or payment provider will accept your connection.

Your account

You must provide a real email address and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for the meeting types, prices, intake questions and cancellation rules you publish. You must have the rights to the calendar accounts you connect.

You may not use BookMyTime to break the law, send malware, harass guests, or collect payment for something you do not intend to deliver. We may suspend an account that does those things, or that puts the payment providers or calendar providers at risk.

Bookings between hosts and guests

A booking is an agreement between the host and the guest. BookMyTime provides the page and, if enabled, the checkout. We are not the host of the meeting, we do not provide the coaching, lesson, treatment or advice, and we are not a party to the guest's dispute about the quality of that work.

Hosts must state the price, the length, and the cancellation rule before payment. Guests must provide accurate contact details. Rescheduling and refunds follow the host's published policy. Where the product applies a refund automatically, it is applying that policy, not making a new one.

Payments

Paid bookings are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their terms as well as these. Payouts go to the host's connected account, minus fees those providers charge and any BookMyTime platform fee disclosed at checkout. The Free plan may include a platform fee. The current fee is shown in the product when you connect payments, not invented on a marketing page.

You are responsible for taxes on money you receive. Receipts BookMyTime sends use the business and tax details you entered. If those details are wrong, the receipt is wrong, and you need to correct them.

Ending use, liability, and the rest

You may stop using BookMyTime at any time and ask us to delete the account from the contact page. We may stop providing the service to you if you break these terms. Clauses that should survive — payment records, liability limits, and disputes already underway — survive.

To the extent the law allows, BookMyTime is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages, and our total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for BookMyTime in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: hello@bookmytime.me.

FAQ

Questions about this

Can't find yours? Visit the help center or talk to us.

Is a free account a paid contract?

Creating a free account means you agree to these terms. You are not billed for Pro or Teams unless you later subscribe to a published paid plan.

Who refunds a guest?

The host's cancellation policy decides. Stripe or PayPal executes the refund when the product applies that policy.

Can you change these terms?

Yes. We will update the date on this page. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, stop using the service and ask us to close the account.

Do these terms make BookMyTime my lawyer, doctor or employer?

No. BookMyTime only provides scheduling software and optional payment collection.
