Team scheduling

One page for the team, not one link per person.

Round-robin, collective meetings, routing forms and shared team pages. Visitors book a time. BookMyTime decides who is in the room.

The problem with a folder of personal links

A team that sends five personal booking links is asking the visitor to pick a person before they pick a time. That is backwards for sales demos, support calls and interview panels. The visitor wants a time that works. The team wants a fair assignment and a calendar that stays accurate.

BookMyTime team scheduling puts the available time first. Round-robin spreads one-host meetings across the people who are actually free. Collective meetings only offer slots when everyone who must attend is free. Both use the same calendar sync each person already connected.

Round-robin that respects real availability

Assignment can follow availability, priority or weighting. Someone on leave does not receive bookings, because their calendar says they are not free. Weighting lets a senior closer take fewer first calls without a separate link.

This is the setup sales teams use for demos, and recruiters use when any trained interviewer can take a screen. The guest still gets one confirmation, one video link and one reminder sequence.

Collective meetings for panels and handovers

Panel interviews, joint pitches and customer handovers fail when only one required person was checked. A collective meeting type intersects the calendars and offers the overlap. Buffers and daily limits still apply per person, so you are not stacking a panel on top of a day that is already full.

If the panel also needs context, add intake questions. Routing forms, included with Teams, ask those questions first and then choose the meeting type or the pool of hosts. A prospect who needs onboarding does not land on a new-business demo.

Shared pages, roles and a view of the work

Team booking pages collect the meeting types a group offers. Admin roles decide who can edit availability, who can see bookings, and who can manage payments. Analytics show bookings, revenue, cancellations and the hours that fill first, so you can see whether the team is actually keeping up.

Workflows and webhooks fire when a booking is created, rescheduled or cancelled, which is how a CRM stays in step without someone copying details across. Zapier is available for tools that do not have a native connection.

What teams usually turn on first

Start with one shared page and one round-robin type. Connect each person's calendar. Add a collective type only when a meeting truly needs more than one host. Add a routing form when the wrong type is the thing wasting the call, not the time of day.

Business is a separate plan from Pro because team scheduling is a team feature, billed at $15 per seat with a minimum of two. The pricing page lists what that plan includes. Individuals can use a personal page on Free today.

FAQ

Questions about this

Can't find yours? Visit the help center or talk to us.

Does each teammate need an account?

Yes. Each person connects their own calendar. The team page is what visitors see. Personal pages can still exist for meetings that should not be pooled.

Can we charge for a team booking?

Yes. Team meeting types can be free or paid, with the same Stripe or PayPal checkout as a personal page.

How is round-robin different from letting the client pick a host?

Round-robin assigns a free host for them. Offer named hosts only when the relationship is the product, such as a specific coach or therapist.

Where did the old For Teams page go?

It now lives here, as part of team scheduling. Sales-specific setup is on the sales teams page.
