Walkthrough

A two-minute look at BookMyTime.

There is no webinar and no gated video. This is the product, in the order you would set it up. When you want the real page, create a free account.

First: connect a calendar

You approve Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud. BookMyTime reads busy time so the page does not offer hours you already gave away. The calendar sync page shows what two-way means: we also write the confirmed meeting back, with the video link on it.

The Free plan connects one calendar. That is enough to see the product honestly. More calendars start on Starter, and Pro includes six.

Second: create a free type and a paid type

Add a short intro with no price, and a working session with a price. Each has its own length, questions and link. Meeting types lists the other shapes — group, round-robin, collective, recurring — for when you need them.

Connect Stripe or PayPal if the session is paid. Checkout happens before the slot is confirmed. The payments page is the longer version of that sentence.

Third: share the link

Your page is bookmytime.me/yourname. Put it in a signature, a bio, or on your site with the booking widget. Reminders go out on the schedule you pick. Guests reschedule from the email if your policy allows it.

The getting started guide is the same path with a little more detail. Templates show which types to create first for coaches, tutors, personal trainers, salons and sales teams.

FAQ

Questions about this

Can't find yours? Visit the help center or talk to us.

Is there a recorded demo?

Not as a video file. This page is the walkthrough. Creating a free account is the way to click through it yourself.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The Free plan does not ask for a card. Stripe or PayPal is only needed when you want to charge guests.

How long does setup take?

Connecting a calendar, adding two meeting types and copying the link is usually a few minutes, not an implementation project.

Your time is worth booking — and paying for.

Create your free BookMyTime page, connect a calendar, and share your link. Upgrade only when your calendar says so.
