Coaches and consultants

Scheduling for coaches who sell sessions, not just calls.

A free discovery call in front, paid sessions behind it, and packages of five or ten that clients redeem when they book. One page, your calendar, payment before the slot is confirmed.

The page most coaches actually need

Coaching businesses leak time in two places: the unpaid 'quick chat' that becomes an hour, and the paid client who books and then pays a week later, if they pay. BookMyTime keeps those as different meeting types. The intro is short, free and limited. The working session has a price.

Put both on bookmytime.me/yourname. Send the direct link to the paid session when someone is already a client. The booking page templates include a coach layout you can copy.

Packages without a separate shop

A 10-session engagement should not mean ten invoices. Sell the package, then let the client redeem sessions against a recurring or one-off type. Deposits and packages covers how checkout works, including taking a deposit instead of the full fee when that fits the offer.

Per-slot pricing is useful when evenings are the hours your clients can actually attend and you do not want those hours priced like a Tuesday morning. Charge more for them on the same session type.

What happens between sessions

Calendar sync keeps a client from booking over a session you already have, including events that live on a second calendar. Reminders send the confirmation, the day-before note and the join link. Clients reschedule inside your notice window instead of texting you the night before.

Intake questions ask what they want from the session. You arrive knowing the topic. They do not spend the paid time explaining the context for the third time.

Pricing the hour before you publish it

If you are guessing, run your costs through the hourly rate calculator and then decide what a session is worth on top of that number. The calculator is a floor, not a brand. Your booking page is where the price is real, because someone can pay it.

The Free plan is enough to publish a coach page with payments, for one event type of up to 30 minutes. Pro, at $12 a month, adds per-slot pricing and deposits. SMS reminders are on Premium. See pricing.

FAQ

Questions about this

Can't find yours? Visit the help center or talk to us.

Can I offer a free discovery call and paid sessions together?

Yes. They are separate meeting types on one booking page, each with its own length, availability and price.

Can clients prepay a bundle of sessions?

Yes. Sell a package and let clients redeem sessions when they book later ones.

Will intro calls fill my whole week?

Put a daily cap and a tighter set of hours on the free type. The paid type can have a wider window.

Do I need a website?

No. The hosted page is enough. Add the booking widget later if you want it on your own site.
