Coach or consultant
A 15-minute intro, free, capped at a few a week. A 45- or 60-minute working session with a price. An optional 10-session package. Hours that match when you actually take calls, not a 9-to-5 you will resent. More on scheduling for coaches.
- Intro: 15 minutes, free, two days' notice, daily cap.
- Working session: 45 or 60 minutes, paid, buffer after.
- Package: prepaid sessions redeemed against the working session.
Tutor
A paid trial and a recurring weekly lesson. Ask for the student name and the parent email. Reminders should reach the adult who will reschedule. See tutors.
- Trial lesson: 30 minutes, paid or free, intake for subject and level.
- Weekly lesson: recurring, prepaid package optional.
- Notice window long enough to offer the hour to someone else.
Creator
One paid review, one cheaper office hour or group seat, and a hard cap so the week does not disappear. Link in bio points at the page. Details on creators.
Personal trainer
An assessment, a paid private, a session pack, and a small-group class on its own hours. Charge before the session is held. Connect the calendar that already has your classes, and put a buffer after each private. More on scheduling for personal trainers.
- Assessment: 30 minutes, a deposit or the full price, and a daily cap.
- Private: 60 minutes, paid, buffer after, gym address or the client's location.
- Pack: prepaid sessions redeemed against the private. Packs are on Pro.
- Small group: a seat limit, a price per seat, and hours that do not overlap privates.
- Peak slots: a higher price on early morning and evening, on Pro.
Salon or spa
Each service is a meeting type with the real duration. Classes are group types with seats. Take a deposit. If clients book a named person, do not hide that person behind round-robin. Salons.
Sales team
One round-robin demo type on a shared page. A routing question only if the wrong team is a real problem. A reminder the day before. Sales teams and team scheduling.
Lawyer or accountant
A paid consultation with a written cancellation rule, conflict calendars connected, and intake that asks for the matter type without asking for a full file. Professional services.
