Guide

Get a booking page live in one sitting.

Connect a calendar, create one free and one paid meeting type, and share the link. Payments, invites and reminders follow the rules you set.

Updated 22 October 2026

Create the account

Go to signup and use an email address you actually check, or continue with Google. The address is where booking notices and the password reset go. Add your name and a time zone in settings before you share the page. The zone is the one your calendar should display.

You do not need a card to open a Free account. You need Stripe or PayPal only when a meeting type has a price.

Connect the calendar that tells the truth

Connect Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud and approve access on the provider's screen. Pick the calendar that should receive new bookings, and include any calendar that should block time. The Free plan allows one connection. If your real life is split across several, that is the moment Pro matters. Details are on calendar sync.

Set working hours, a buffer, and how much notice you need. A page with no hours set is a page that looks closed.

Create the meetings you actually sell

Start with two meeting types. A short free introduction, if you want one, and the paid session with its real duration. Add intake questions you will read. Skip questions you will not.

If the session is paid, connect Stripe or PayPal and set the price. You can use a single price now and per-slot pricing later on Pro. Turn on the cancellation window before the first guest pays, not after.

Share it, then book yourself

Copy bookmytime.me/yourname. Book a test meeting from a personal email address so you see the confirmation, the calendar event and the reminder. If something is wrong, fix it before the link is in a signature.

Then put the link where people already decide to talk to you: the site via the widget, the email signature, the bio. Templates are there if you want a starting combination of types. Help covers the questions that show up in the first week.

Payments

FAQ

Questions about this

Can't find yours? Visit the help center or talk to us.

Which calendar should I connect first?

The one that already contains the commitments that should block bookings. Add others when your plan allows more than one.

Can I change a meeting from free to paid later?

Yes. Update the price on that meeting type. Existing confirmed bookings keep the terms they were booked under.

What if my test booking fails to appear?

Check that the destination calendar is the one you are looking at, and that the payment completed if the type is paid. The help center has the same checks.

Your time is worth booking — and paying for.

Create your free BookMyTime page, connect a calendar, and share your link. Upgrade only when your calendar says so.
