Multiple meeting types

One booking page for every kind of meeting you run.

Each event type has its own duration, price, location, intake questions, buffers and shareable link — so a free discovery call and a paid deep-dive never get mixed up.

One link, several offers

A single scheduling link that only offers '30 minutes' forces every conversation into the same shape. BookMyTime gives you a personal booking page at bookmytime.me/yourname with every meeting type on it, plus a direct link for each type when you want to send someone straight to the paid session.

A free intro and a paid working session can share the page. The visitor sees the length and the price before they pick a day. That is the layout on the BookMyTime homepage, and it is the layout your clients get.

The meeting types you can create

Pick the structure that matches how the meeting actually runs. You can change a type from free to paid later without sending a new link.

  • One-on-one meetings for consultations, interviews and client check-ins.
  • Group events and classes with seat limits, waitlists and a price per seat.
  • Round-robin scheduling that spreads demos across a team by availability or weighting.
  • Collective meetings that only offer times when every required person is free.
  • Recurring sessions for weekly coaching, tutoring or therapy, booked as a series.

Duration, buffers, questions and availability

Each type keeps its own rules. A 15-minute intro can be bookable on short notice. A 90-minute workshop can require two days' notice, a buffer afterwards, and a cap on how many you take in a day. Hours can differ by weekday, and date overrides cover holidays.

Custom intake questions collect goals, phone numbers or context before you meet, so you are not spending the first ten minutes asking what the call is about. Team scheduling, on the Business plan, is the place for a shared booking flow. That sits with team scheduling.

Free, flat price, or a price that changes by slot

Leave a type free, set one price, or use per-slot pricing so evenings cost more than mornings. Packages let a client prepay several sessions and redeem them against a recurring type.

If you are pricing your time for the first time, the hourly rate calculator is a blunt but useful starting point. It is not your price list. It stops you copying a number from someone else's bio.

Share a type, or embed all of them

Drop the page link into an email signature, a talk bio or a direct message. Or embed the booking widget so the same types appear on your website. Booking page templates show sensible combinations for coaches, tutors, personal trainers, salons and sales teams.

Calendar sync still applies. A group workshop and a one-on-one both refuse times when you are already busy.

FAQ

Questions about this

Can't find yours? Visit the help center or talk to us.

Is there a limit on meeting types?

Free includes one event type of up to 30 minutes. Starter includes three. Pro, Premium and Business do not cap the number. The Free plan also limits you to one connected calendar.

Can clients book a whole series at once?

Yes. Recurring meeting types book a series, and packages let clients redeem prepaid sessions against later bookings.

Can two meeting types have different hours?

Yes. Availability, notice, buffers and daily limits are set per meeting type.

What is the difference between round-robin and collective?

Round-robin assigns one host from a team. Collective only offers times when every required host is free.
