Consultation booking for professional services.
A paid first meeting, a calendar that hides conflicts, intake that collects what you need before you accept the work, and a receipt that includes your tax details.

The first meeting should be allowed to cost money
A free introductory call is sometimes right. It is not always right. BookMyTime lets a consultation be paid, with checkout before the time is held. The receipt goes to the client with the business and tax details you configure. That is the artifact finance teams ask for.
Use a short free type only for the conversations you are willing to give away, and cap how many of them can land in a week.
Conflicts live on more than one calendar
Court, filings, other clients, teaching. Connect the calendars that hold them. Sync will not offer a consult over the top. On Pro you can check up to six. The client never sees the titles of those events.
Buffers stop you from booking a consult against the end of a hearing or a filing deadline you blocked as busy. Notice requirements stop same-hour bookings when you need time to read what they sent.
Intake without pretending this is a case file
Ask for the matter type, the deadline they already know, and how to reach them. Do not ask them to paste a full brief into a booking form. Tell them what not to include if the matter is sensitive. The security page explains what BookMyTime stores and what Stripe or PayPal stores.
BookMyTime is not practice-management software and does not claim to be a system of record for legal or tax advice. It books the time and can take the fee.
Put it where clients already look
Hosted page, email signature, or the embed on the contact page of the firm site. Premium can flag a custom domain. Pro is $12 a month on pricing.
